Payments can be made online by credit or debit card.
Security is taken very seriously by this website. We use the latest 128 bit SSL security which complies with and exceeds all necessary security requirements to protect your details. We do not store any sensitive information such as card number or card security code. SSL encrypts your online order to prevent the decoding of that information by anyone other than the necessary processing parties.
If you wish to check the security of your connection, look at the status bar of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see either an unbroken key or a closed lock then, depending upon your browser, SSL is active. You can also check by reading the URL line of your browser - the first characters of the address will change accessing a secure server from http to https.
We deliver throughout the U.K. mainland, but currently do not send goods overseas. “Standard Delivery” is free of charge on orders over £25. Orders under £25 will have a £3 charge automatically added at checkout. This charge is non-refundable. A free of charge "Click & Collect" service is also available - see below for further details.
Unless otherwise stated, goods will normally be despatched by Royal Mail within 1 to 2 working days of order (weekends & bank holidays do not classify as working days) using the Royal Mail 24 Delivery service.
An “Express Delivery” service (goods despatched within 1 working day) is available for a £7.00 supplement, this uses either Royal Mail’s “Special Delivery Next Day” or if over 2kg their "Royal Mail 24" service. The largest sizes on certain styles may weigh over 2kg, in which case we reserve the right to send these without their box/packaging. If goods are despatched on a Friday or the day before a bank holiday, then delivery will be made on the next working day.
Please note that delivery to certain more remote areas of U.K. may take longer than others, please refer to the Royal Mail's website for further details.
We will email a despatch confirmation to you. Whilst we endeavour to keep accurate stock records on this site, if a problem with the stock for your order arises, we will email you with an updated expected delivery date and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if this new date is unsuitable.
Unless otherwise stated or you are notified to the contrary, “Standard Delivery” should take 2 to 5 working days from date of order; “Express Delivery” should take 1 to 2 working days from date of order. Please email us on email@example.com if your goods have not arrived within this time frame. We are not responsible if the customer provides an inaccurate or misleading delivery address. Refunds for non-delivery will only be issued when the Royal Mail have confirmed that the parcel has been lost. Should an item be returned to us by the Royal Mail due to an inaccurate delivery address or because it has not been collected from the local Royal Mail delivery office, then we reserve the right to charge a £5 re-delivery fee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, providing we receive the goods back within 21 days of delivery in their original and unworn condition and complete with all tags, labels, packaging etc. We will then refund the product price (excluding any delivery charges). Returns made after this period will be judged on a case by case basis and any refund made will be subject to a re-stocking fee. N.B. For purchases made between 15.11.13 & 15.12.13, the returns period is extended till 06.01.14.
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns authorisation and details of how and where to return the goods to. We recommend that you use a “signed for” delivery service with sufficient insurance, as we are not liable for items lost in transit. Online purchases cannot be returned to our store or vice versa.
If you believe we have supplied you with faulty goods of unsatisfactory quality within six months of purchase, then please email us on email@example.com with details of your complaint and it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

You may cancel the contract by email within seven days of delivery.
CLICK & COLLECT
If you opt to collect your goods from our store using our "Click & Collect" option, then we will email as soon as your order is ready for collection, which will normally be by 3 p.m. on the next working day after the date of order. When collecting your goods please bring a copy of the email with you.
Goods ordered via "Click & Collect" may be returned to our store (under this Website's standard Terms & Conditions) for exchange or refund.
Please be aware that any refund can only be issued by our website's administrator and not by our store's staff. It may take upto 10 working days to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
If goods are not collected within 21 days of date of order, then the goods will be returned to stock and we will refund your payment less a £5 or 10% (whichever is greater) re-stocking fee.
