Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, providing we receive the goods back within 21 days of order in their original and unworn condition and complete with all tags, labels, packaging etc. Any free or reduced price items obtained as a result of the original purchase must also be returned. We will then refund the product price (excluding any delivery charges). Returns made after this period will be judged on a case by case basis and any refund made will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Please email us on for a returns authorisation and details of how and where to return the goods to. We recommend that you use a “signed for” delivery service with sufficient insurance, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Delivered online purchases cannot be returned to our store or vice versa. Goods ordered via "Click & Collect" may be returned to our store (under this Website's standard Terms & Conditions) for exchange or refund. Please be aware that any refund can only be issued by our website's administrator and not by our store's staff. It may take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

N.B. For purchases made between 25.11.18 & 15.12.18, the returns period is extended to 06.01.19.


If you believe we have supplied you with faulty goods of unsatisfactory quality within six months of purchase, then please email us on with details of your complaint and it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.


You may cancel the contract by email within seven days of delivery.
